We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it. **Return Policy** To initiate a return or refund, an "unpacking video" is required before you open parcel. Returns or exchanges will only be processed for damaged products—no other reasons will be accepted. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the product delivery date; otherwise, your request will be denied. Please be aware that there may be slight color variations between the actual product and photographic images. Returns or exchanges only accepted for damaged or defective items, provided they are in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
