WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY?

For Return or Refund "Un packing Video" is must and before unpack the parcel. Only for damaged products return or exchange will be Initiated. No Other reasons. And Claim request should be initiated with in 24Hrs of Product Delivered Date. Else your request will be rejected. Light Color Variations will be there between Original product and Photographic Images. No Cancellations allowed after Placing the order successfully in our website.

HOW TO RECORD UNBOXING VIDEO?

1. All the sides should be clearly displayed in the video.
2. Label must be visible on the video itself.
3. The packaging has to be opened in the video only. Cases, where the packaging has been pre-opened by the customer before recording the video, will be rejected.
4. The video has to be recorded in one stretch, clearly showing all actions. Edited videos, with cuts in between, will be rejected.
